Dartco Transmissions is your Allison Transmission Specialist for both on and off-highway applications offering new, used and rebuilt parts, exchange transmissions, core overhauls and providing new product warranty service. We have over 75 years of combined factory and dealership experience and are currently one of the largest authorized Allison rebuilder and parts distributors in the metropolitan Los Angeles area. Dartco Transmissions exports Allison transmissions worldwide.

Dartco Transmissions is proud of our success and we'd like to share our history with you.

1978 - Dartco Transmission opened for business in Anaheim, CA selling used Allison transmission cores.

1980 - Expansion enabled us to now overhaul and service Allison transmissions. This was our first of many expansions to follow.

1985 - Dartco Transmission became an authorized Allison parts and service dealer, providing new product warranty in the metropolitan Los Angeles area.

1996 - Our second location, Columbus, IN came on-stream specializing in obsolete and used Allison parts and cores. Columbus' inventory is comprised of new, used and remanufactured Allison parts, cores and associated accessories including filters, flex-plates, shift controls, cables and coolers. This Indiana location is an authorized distributor for Hayden Oil Cooler and Rocore Oil Coolers.

2000 - Dartco Transmission opened a sales office in Tampa, FL. This office handles our customers in the Southeastern United States and exports to Central and South America.

2001 - We relocated our Columbus, IN facility into a new 15000 sq. ft. building on a 3-acre parcel.
