Roles and Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair all current On and Off-Highway Allison Transmission models.
- Perform overhaul and final testing of finished products.
- Travel to customer job sites and provide service and repairs when necessary.
- Document and warranty failures per Allison factory requirements.
- Produce professional service reports for all repairs.
- Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
- Competence with Allison DOC and Allison reprogramming applications.
- Ability to read and use schematics and technical diagrams
- Ability to test lines, components, and connections using electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic test equipment

- Packaging and shipping parts orders via UPS or LTL freight. Includes small package shipping and pallet and banding for large shipments
- Forklift operation for unloading and loading freight trucks
- Perform Inventory Cycle counts
